Honestly, Tom, the movies are kind of driving the bus these days, aren't they? Maybe the comic print strategy is a bit off in terms of how you approach the audience, both new and established? Well, partly because of sheer inertia – I really did used to respect the guy, or whatever the grammatically-correct form of that is; back in the ‘90s and '00s he was shepherding some really amazing work – and partly because he’s an influential force inside Marvel, and I like to know what idiotic jackass things they’re saying to justify the idiotic jackass things they publish that I can’t afford to buy.  (Comics in Australia are something like four to five times the American cover price.  It’s ludicrous.  And of course I would never encourage anyone in such a position to pirate comics, because that would of course be unethical and wrong.)
